Being a full time yoga teacher teaching 8+ classes per week, an intern, a business owner and a newlywed can sometimes make life a little crazy. However, I want to share with you all the tools that I use to help make my life a lot more manageable.

One of my favorite personal tools is my Silk and Sonder journal
