Embodiment

A 90-Minute Movement, Stretch & Sound Experience

Embodiment is a full-spectrum nervous system reset designed to help you reconnect to your body, release stored tension, and return to a grounded state of harmony.

What to Expect

This experience is intentionally structured in three 30-minute phases:

1. Intentional Movement (30 minutes)

We begin with slow, fluid movement to build gentle heat and awaken awareness in the body. Expect mindful sequencing, breath-led transitions, and accessible flows that help you feel present, strong, and connected.

2. Deep Stretch + Yin (30 minutes)

From movement, we soften. This portion focuses on longer-held stretches and yin-inspired postures to release fascia, improve mobility, and invite deep physical surrender. This is where the body begins to truly exhale.

3. Immersive Sound (30 minutes)

We close with a restorative sound experience designed to support integration and nervous system regulation. As you rest comfortably, layered tones and vibrations help guide you into a meditative, deeply relaxed state.

No prior yoga or meditation experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.

All props and equipment are provided. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and rest in.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in.
