Move & Melt blends two complementary practices:
Gentle, intentional vinyasa-style movement that links breath with motion at an easy, unhurried pace. Slow flow builds subtle strength and increases mobility without overwhelming the body.
Deep, grounding shapes supported by props and held for several minutes. Yin helps release tension in the fascia and connective tissues, promotes relaxation, and brings the mind into stillness.
