Yoga's Arc hosts yoga in the park every year from November to April. This is an opportunity for our teachers in training to practice getting their words out, receive feedback, and finding their path as a yoga teacher! These are free classes for the community, come join me on your mat. If I am not teaching I will be participating in the class! :)
